Payment - At this time, Starry Nights Bedding accepts VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER which are processed through Authorize.Net or you may choose to pay through PayPal.
Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified, your order will be processed. You will be notified when your purchase has shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping is by UPS GROUND and your purchase will be shipped directly from the distributor. We strive to ensure your purchase is shipped in a timely manner. NOTE: UPS Ground is the only option available for shipping, and Starry Nights Bedding does not ship outside the United States. If for any reason goods are on backorder, you will be notified by email of expected ship date, or a refund will be given.
Shipping To An Alternate Address - If you are placing an order and would like for the items to be shipped to an address that is different from the address on your credit card (where you receive your credit card statement), our policy requires that the alternate address be listed with your credit card company. This measure is done to protect against credit card fraud and is also done to protect our cardholders from unauthorized use of their credit card. You can add an alternate address to your credit card for receiving merchandise by simply calling the toll free number on the reverse side of your card and indicating to the Credit Card Customer Service Representative to add the alternate address for purchases. That way when merchants like us call to verify the address and card information, the alternate address will also be listed. Safety against credit card fraud is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will comply with this requirement if you are having products shipped to an alternate address.
Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Starry Nights Bedding within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit or are not as expected and must be returned. If you wish to return your purchase, contact Starry Nights Bedding for return instructions. Refunds will be made by method of purchase for the cost of your purchase only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Restocking Fee may apply. Please note: No refunds will be given after 30 days of shipment for any reason. Please do not return bedding you have used and/or washed.
